Paris. registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under the number 831 131 081 hereinafter Cave & Coconut and on the other hand by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the Cave & Coconut website (www.caveandcoconut.com ) hereinafter referred to as "the buyer".

These terms of sale are intended to define the contractual relationship between Cave & Coconut and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the website of Cave & Coconut, whether the buyer is professional or consumer. The ingredients used in Cave & Coconut products come from organic farming. In case of unpredictable production, CAVEANDCOCONUT SAS reserves the right to cancel or shift the Customer's order. In such a case, CAVEANDCOCONUT SAS undertakes to keep the Customer informed as soon as possible by email or telephone and to offer him an alternative solution or a refund of his order. On the other hand, certain ingredients required for the production of Cave & Coconut products may no longer be available on the day of production due to weather conditions, unavailability of products from suppliers or any other reason. CAVEANDCOCONUT SAS reserves the right to modify its recipes on time and undertakes to keep the Client informed.
