Your first order

This is your first time and we are happy. Here is how it will unfold:
Tip: add our email contact@caveandcoconut.com to the list of your contacts in your mailbox.

You must first create an account, indicating a valid email and a password

A confirmation email will be sent to you to check the spelling of your email

Click on the link on the email to activate the confirmation

Go back to the site and log in using your email and password

Fill in the details concerning your address and phone so that the delivery takes place in the best conditions

You are ready to order

Delivery method and delivery times

We offer different delivery methods:

Delivery Colissimo Home or Point Relais with La Poste. With this delivery method your package is available between 2 and 4 days in France.

A bicycle delivery. We offer two slots, the first at 11:30 - 12:00 and the second at 19:00 - 19:30.

You live in the Paris region; You can also get your order for free by making an appointment at our workshop located at 1, rue Pasteur 75011.

Order tracking

You can follow the progress of your order at any time by going to your account.
Go to the Tracking Orders and Invoices section. Your orders and invoices are listed here. By clicking on the magnifying glass, you will have the detail of your commade and a comment describing the cyclic in which your order is located. Here are the different steps of your order:

In preparation: preparation is underway.

Ready: Your order is packed.

In progress: Your order has been entrusted to a deliveryman. With colissimo, you have the opportunity to track your package directly on our site.
